Sorry! I posted the wrong review for this hotel. We stayed at another hotel right before this one and that review was for them. This hotel was awesome! The staff was super friendly & the room was very clean and it was a great value!!
We had car trouble on the freeway and unexpectedly needed to stay the night. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Would stay here again if passing through this way again.
we got the free brealfast shortly after they opened and the food was flavorful and cooked perfectly especially the sausage links. im guessing whoever didnt enjoy theirs got there when choices were slim or towards the end when food isnt as fresh. big thank you to the staff at quality inn. we enjoyed our stay
Great staff, location, price and comfort. Next time I am in Gallup, I will stay in the Quality Inn & Suites. The price was much lower than IHG and the breakfast was tasty. If I had to make one recommendation for improvement, it would be different pillows.
We got one of the beautiful, newly renovated rooms and we so impressed based on the great price! Very clean, wonderful staff. And such a great location to food, cannibis, and shopping.
Front desk is AMAZING! I believe her name was Audrey! She was so helpful and kind and very patient which goes a long way for tired travelers! Really giving five stars bc of her! The room was good and the bed was comfy but the shower could be hotter! Would probably give the hotel itself 3-4 stars
Stayed here for the night and the staff were great! Also the room was clean and welcoming and the lady at the breakfast bar was AMAZING! Very nice and was always stocking up! Will come here again! Highly recommend staying here! :)
The place is worth attention. Located close to highway. Large, comfortable, and most importantly clean rooms. For a 10-day long trip, we enjoyed staying in this hotel for the first time. The price is excellent. For little money, we got an excellent room. We paid $125 for 2 nights ,2 beds pet friendly room. We thank everyone who is involved in organizing the vacation for travelers. Highly recommended if you want to get perfect rest.
